That's why we do it for you.

At the Aqua Lounge at the Crown Plaza Ventura Beach,

we barrel age three of the most classic cocktails until they obtain a mellowness, a fragrance and delicious flavor

that can never be found in a new, hastily mixed drink.

 We use only the finest ingredients and age them for just the right amount of time

to deliver you an experience you have never had......before.

Old Fashioned

Tin Cup Whiskey, Patron Citronage Orange Liqueur

and age it for 21 days in new American Oak,

then smoke it with Cherry Wood.

Manhattan

Larceny Bourbon and Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

and age it for 21 days in new American Oak.

Negroni

St. George Rye Gin, Campari, Punt e Mes and Carpano Antica Vermouth

and age it for 21 days in new American Oak.
